Night AI is an experimental, read-only token intelligence tool. These short notices explain what the scanner does, what it does not do and how the service handles data.
Risk disclosure
Night AI provides automated, heuristic risk signals based on market and holder information available at scan time. A Night Score is not financial advice, a smart-contract audit, a price prediction, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a guarantee that a token is safe.
- Crypto assets can lose all of their value and market data can change within seconds.
- Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or temporarily unavailable.
- Holder concentration alone does not identify ownership, intent or related wallets.
- Always verify the mint address, contract behavior, authorities, liquidity and project claims independently.
Privacy notice
Night AI does not require a wallet connection, signature or account. Token addresses submitted to the scanner are sent to Night AI's server and third-party data services solely to produce the requested analysis. Basic technical request information may be processed temporarily for security, abuse prevention and service reliability.
The public beta does not intentionally sell personal data or use advertising trackers. External links, including DEX Screener, X and pump.fun, are governed by their own privacy policies.
Terms of use
By using Night AI, you agree to use the service lawfully and at your own risk. Do not attempt to overload, scrape excessively, disrupt or bypass protections around the service. Access may be limited or discontinued while the beta evolves.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Night AI is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, third-party data errors or decisions made using a scan.
